We have a long history of teaming up with cancer research and cancer support charities that make a huge difference to people’s lives.
We help charities fund life-saving research to improve the prevention, detection and treatment of cancer. At the same time, we work with organisations that provide practical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer and their families.
With cancer diagnoses on the rise and demand for support increasing, we believe it’s more important than ever that clear, compelling storytelling lies at the heart of this work.
We want to help more cancer charities – big or small – connect with the people who need them most and grow the support that makes their work possible.
How we work with cancer charities
When we work with a cancer research or cancer support charity, we begin by learning all about your charity and its brand.
We then carefully explore your brief with you, gaining a clear understanding of your goals, spotting opportunities and challenges, and mapping out a plan to maximise impact.
From there, we craft a compelling, authentic story that’s finely tuned to engage your audiences and inspire the action you want.
With all our clients, we also go above and beyond to ensure every project is collaborative, straightforward and a truly enjoyable experience.

Our projects for cancer charities
"I worked with the Yarn Creative team, then Narrative Design on a project for Breast Cancer Now’s golf fundraising. We wanted a new creative concept; messaging and look and feel to refresh our golf fundraising activities. This was to be used across webpages, fundraising resources and marketing collateral. The team were great to work with, getting to know Breast Cancer Now’s needs, putting forward engaging ideas and ultimately delivering a piece of work that was fit for purpose on time and to budget. I’m looking forward to seeing the impact this work has on the charity’s golf supporters."
