To develop a comprehensive How to Write guide for employees that included key messaging about mental health and services, a tone of voice and style guide, and writing tips.
A range of writing documents had been previously developed, but internal teams hadn’t fully engaged with them because they lacked detail and consistency.

What we did
Working closely with the client, we developed an engaging and comprehensive one-stop shop that gives internal teams everything they need to write effectively and on-brand.

What they thought
The guide was rolled out across the charity and received lots of positive comments. In particular, employees appreciated clear guidance and messaging on how to talk about people with mental health problems.
