Action Medical Research

What we were asked to do

We were tasked with giving Action Medical Research's supporter magazine a makeover. This children's charity does essential work, funding vital research for sick and vulnerable babies and making historic contributions to beating polio and advancing healthcare. The challenge on our plate was to merge two magazines designed for different audiences into one cohesive piece. Our goal was to create a cross-selling tool to highlight the various ways supporters could get involved – whether through regular giving, legacy contributions, or participating in the lottery.

What we did

We gave Action Medical Research's supporter magazine a new visual identity. You know, they're this awesome children's charity doing crucial work for sick and vulnerable babies, even making waves in beating polio and advancing healthcare. Our mission? Well, we had to merge two magazines meant for different crowds into one cool package. We whipped up this cross-selling magic to shout out all the ways supporters could jump on board - from regular giving to leaving a legacy, or even trying their luck in the lottery. It was a blast making it happen!

What they thought about it

"From an editor’s perspective, there's far more ease of flexibility now. In most scenarios, there are several options available for me to run with depending on how the images and content fits, which is great!"
