What we were asked to do

Develop a compelling in-hospice fundraising initiative that openly addresses the expenses associated with care.

Our objective was to educate and gently reinforce the financial aspect of a patient's care within emotionally charged environments, ensuring our campaign seamlessly integrates across three distinct fundraising products.

What we did

We successfully utilised the hospice communication spaces, using big headlines, cool images, and snappy copy to share heart-touching care stories. It let us convey emotions, mixing heartfelt moments with the real need for funds. The warm, compassionate tone made it relatable, giving off a friendly vibe that spoke right to the audience.

What they thought

The client has expressed satisfaction with the campaign's reception internally. Although we're still awaiting the financial results, their positive feedback reflects their appreciation for the use of storytelling to establish a human and sympathetic tone in a fundraising campaign for some of the most sensitive settings globally.
