What we were asked to do
Prepare, lay out and format the Antares gender pay gap report 2023. Antares is dedicated to providing equal opportunities. They value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees and wanted to work with an agency on a report to showcase their achievements - in a speedy manner.
What we did
We utilised the Antares brand guidelines to craft charts and graphs to complement the narrative in the gender pay gap report. Additionally, at the client's request, we designed a simplified "see-saw-style" infographic, representing the subject matter, for the front cover.
What they thought
The client was really pleased with the report design and the speed at which it was delivered.
