What we were asked to do
From 2018, we designed the Healthwatch England national annual report, spotlighting financial impact and major challenges in health and social care for Parliament. The aim was to show politicians, stakeholders, and the public our impact on communities and services, and to outline priorities for patient experiences and desired changes in healthcare.
What we did
Each year, we crafted a visual theme for the annual reports, from 'Listening to people' to 'Guided by you', tailored to the content. The narratives remained central, shaping case studies and imagery. The reports celebrated the network's diverse work and Healthwatch England's role in amplifying voices for change, showcasing the power of collective voices.
