What we were asked to do
Create a thoughtful and visually appealing mailer to express gratitude to donors supporting the Girls Fund initiative. The goal is to transition them toward more robust digital communication channels. Develop a creative approach that encourages engagement without explicitly mentioning or encouraging additional financial contributions.
What we did
Our recent initiative involved delving into what drives Girls Fund supporters. Turns out, there's a strong connection with the girls themselves. To strengthen this bond, we introduced a message board for supporters to share words of encouragement. This not only created a unique engagement platform but also allowed Ugandan girls to respond. In our final communication, we seamlessly integrated powerful quotes from these girls, adding a personal touch to the printed expression of gratitude. This approach aimed at enhancing connections and amplifying the impact of the Girls Fund mission.
What they thought about it
The response from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive, leaving us delighted. Moreover, we successfully met our crucial 3% ROI target, marking a significant achievement in the campaign's effectiveness.
