What we were asked to do

Sue Ryder sought to create bespoke imagery reflecting their diverse services, including the 'hospice at home' program. The challenge was to authentically depict professionals visiting homes and convey the emotions of patients and families. Finding suitable locations with adequate space and equipment was crucial to achieve the desired style and authenticity.

What we did

The project management and photography teams diligently prepared weeks ahead, securing suitable models and a versatile location house. Accessibility for models and equipment, as well as accommodating the client team, were key considerations. With numerous shots planned for a single day, meticulous planning of call times, shoot pace, and team communication was paramount for a successful outcome.

What they thought

The client was delighted with the number of shots captured for each set up. The number of final selects completely outweighed what was expected with a wide variety of images now available for the internal teams to use across their collateral and online.
